Abstract

This volume presents the peer-reviewed proceedings of IASEAI 2026, the second conference of the International Association for Safe and Ethical Artificial Intelligence, held at UNESCO House in Paris, France, from 24 to 26 February 2026. It includes 57 archival papers addressing a broad range of technical, ethical, societal, and governance challenges related to safe and responsible artificial intelligence.
